Lumberton, North Carolina, Brandy Nicole Olson, Ezekiel Burden, Brian Campbell, Walmart

Lumberton: A woman was shot and killed while waiting in line at a Walmart. It’s a shocking story. A 17-year-old, Ezekiel Burden, is accused of the crime. He reportedly wanted to “incite fear.”

Brandy Nicole Olson, 42, was the victim. She was just standing there when the chaos erupted. The police say Burden is still on the run, and they’re looking for him.

Another teen, 18-year-old Brian Campbell, is also wanted. He’s believed to be an accessory to the crime. Both are evading capture, which is really unsettling.

When the police arrived, they found Olson with gunshot wounds. Bystanders were trying to help her, but it was too late. The shooter had already fled the scene.

Authorities mentioned that this incident seemed targeted. It looks like Burden and Campbell were after two people they knew, who were near the Woodforest Bank inside the Walmart.

Sadly, Olson was caught in the crossfire. Her boyfriend, Orlando Farrington, was waiting outside when he heard the shots. He rushed in, only to find out she was the victim. It’s heartbreaking.

Friends and family gathered to remember her at the restaurant where she worked. They’re all in shock and mourning her loss.

As of now, there’s no clear motive for the shooting, and the investigation is still ongoing. If anyone has information, they’re urged to contact the Lumberton Police Department.
