Winfrith: The preschool in Winfrith village got a ‘Good’ rating from Ofsted. Inspector Jonathan Payne visited on December 12.

During the visit, children were engaged in learning. Staff helped them understand their world through role play, like acting as community helpers.

The preschool staff, parents, and children were thrilled with the outcome. They’re excited to continue their good work.

Kids used their imagination, pretending to be doctors and giving vaccinations. They explored new concepts through fun role play.

Joy Allen, the preschool leader, said getting a Good rating means they’re giving kids a great start in education. It shows their hard work pays off.

She added that the children are superstars, and it’s an honor to care for them.

Even with toddler tantrums, kids showed good manners. They helped set up and apologized if they bumped into each other.

The preschool was praised for its approach to the school curriculum. They prepare kids well for their next educational steps.

Children love taking books home to read with parents. Teachers ask fun questions to challenge them the next day.

One criticism was that sometimes, children’s needs weren’t quickly identified, causing delays in care.

However, the school scored well on safeguarding. They create a positive culture that prioritizes children’s interests.
