Kings Waste Big Games from Fox and Domas in Loss to Lakers
Sacramento fell short against the Lakers despite strong performances from Fox and Sabonis, losing 103-99 in a tight contest at home

De’Aaron Fox was on fire, scoring 31 points and showing off his skills. He’s been a key player lately, hitting 12 of 17 shots. But even with his efforts, the Kings fell behind early and spent most of the game trying to catch up.
The crowd was buzzing when Sabonis made a three-point play to bring the score to 101-99 with just over a minute left. But despite the Lakers missing some free throws, the Kings couldn’t capitalize and seal the deal.
LeBron James had a field day against the Kings, pushing through defenders with ease. The Kings’ defense struggled to keep up, leaving James with too many open looks. It was a tough night for Sacramento, and they’ll need to tighten up their defense moving forward.
Keon Ellis stepped up off the bench, making some key defensive plays, even stealing the ball from Anthony Davis. He may not have scored much, but his hustle was noticeable. The Kings have some work to do, but with Fox and Sabonis leading the way, there’s hope for better days ahead.
