West Midlands Train Disruption After Drugs Lab Found Near Aston Station
A suspected drugs lab was discovered near Aston station, causing train delays.

The police were alerted by the public around 6:10 AM today. They found equipment for making drugs and some chemicals. Fire service colleagues are now testing these chemicals.
A cordon is set up while the investigation continues. Meanwhile, the Cross City North line is facing delays between Birmingham New Street and Sutton Coldfield.
West Midlands Railway shared on social media that trains couldn’t run due to the emergency services. Services have resumed, but delays and cancellations may still happen.
