Leeds: Every week, we share the latest planning applications from the six council wards in West Leeds. It’s a great way to keep up with what’s happening in the area.

This week, the Leeds City Council website published several new applications. Let’s break it down by ward.

In Armley, there are plans for a new extra care housing development with 65 apartments. That’s a big project! Bramley & Stanningley has a few applications too, including a change of use for a house into a multi-occupation property.

Calverley & Farsley Ward is seeing some action with a couple of single-storey extensions and a change of use for an office into a studio apartment. It’s all about making the most of the space!

Horsforth has a mix of projects, including a front extension and some tree works. Meanwhile, Kirkstall is looking at converting a former shop into apartments. Sounds like a busy time for the planners!

Pudsey is also in the mix with several applications, including a new side extension and some work on a garage. It’s interesting to see how the community is evolving.

So, if you’re curious about what’s going on in your neighborhood, keep an eye on these applications. It’s a good way to stay informed and maybe even get involved!
