San Francisco: The Warriors are in a bit of a pickle as they head into 2025. Instead of celebrating with champagne, they’re looking for answers after a rough patch.
After a tough loss to the Cavaliers, it’s clear they need to shake things up. They started strong this season, but now they’re struggling to find their groove.
In that game against Cleveland, they had a brief lead but quickly fell apart. Scoring just 11 points in a quarter with Steph Curry on the team? That’s just wild.
Things went downhill fast in the second half. The Cavs went on a scoring spree, and the Warriors couldn’t keep up. It was a tough watch, and they ended up losing by 18 points.
After a promising start, the Warriors are now sitting at .500. Curry summed it up perfectly: “We’re very mid right now.” It’s a far cry from their 12-3 start.
Coach Steve Kerr knows they’ve got to figure things out. He mentioned that their record reflects their performance, and right now, it’s not looking great.
They recently brought in Dennis Schröder, but things haven’t clicked yet. With the playoffs looming, they’re currently in the last play-in spot in the West.
But Curry isn’t giving up hope. He believes they can turn things around quickly if they can string together a few wins. It’s all about finding that spark again.
As they approach the new year, the Warriors have a chance to change their fate. It’s time to step up and show what they’re made of.
