Jamie Boyd, the founder, praised her achievement. He noted that she became a logistics coordinator in under two years. This is impressive in a male-dominated industry.
Isabelle’s efforts helped the company grow its turnover by 18% in the last year. They expect it to reach £3.2 million by 2025-26.
Jamie mentioned that three out of four inquiries she handles lead to sales. He also highlighted her excellent customer service attitude.
Isabelle is also studying for a level 3 business administration qualification. She is on track to achieve a distinction.
She has been recognized as an exemplary student by Ofsted and nominated as a ‘Rising Star’ for National Apprenticeship Week.
Isabelle expressed pride in her journey. She started off quiet and nervous but gained confidence over time. She appreciates the support from Jamie and her supervisor, Martin Finnerty.
Today Team also welcomed Ethan Moran, a 19-year-old from Warrington, as a full-time apprentice logistics controller. He is pursuing a level 2 traffic office qualification.
Jamie noted that Ethan has embraced challenges and is learning quickly. He supports Ethan’s ambition to start his own business one day.
Today Team values apprenticeships as a way to develop skilled talent. Jamie believes young people bring valuable digital skills to the industry.
He reflected on how others supported him in his youth. Now, he feels honored to invest in the next generation of logistics professionals.
