It all happened on January 7, just before 2:30 PM. There was a report of a stabbing on a Route 472 bus. When the police and paramedics got there, they found Kelyan, who was only 14, with serious stab wounds. Sadly, he passed away shortly after help arrived.
His family is getting support from officers, which is good to hear. The detectives are working hard to figure out what happened and are asking for the public’s help to find Colin and Mosawar. They really want to talk to them about the case.
Detective Chief Inspector Sarah Lee expressed her condolences to Kelyan’s family and mentioned how much this has affected the community. She thanked everyone in Woolwich for their support during this tough time.
The police are doing extra patrols and searches to keep the area safe. They’re asking anyone who might have seen Colin or Mosawar to call them right away. If you see them, don’t approach them—just let the police know.
If you have any information, you can call 101 or 999 for emergencies. There’s also a way to report things anonymously through Crimestoppers. It’s really important to help out if you can.
