Tragic Incident: Two Migrants Dead While Crossing Channel to England

Calais: It’s a heartbreaking situation. Two people lost their lives while trying to cross the Channel to England. This happened off the coast of Calais, and it’s just so sad.
Reports say that around 50 other migrants were rescued and are now being looked after by a charity called Utopia 56. Some of them were in pretty bad shape, showing signs of severe hypothermia.
A big rescue operation kicked off, with a French Navy helicopter joining the effort. The alarm went off early Sunday morning, and sadly, the bodies of the two adults were found about 45 minutes later.
Rescue teams were still working on Sunday, and they were seen near the Fort Lapin campsite. Authorities are worried that the death toll might rise, which is just devastating.
