Two Children and Woman Injured After Police Car Hits Them in Leicester
A police car pursuing a suspect collided with a woman and two children, sending them to the hospital for precautionary checks

Leicester: A police car was chasing a blue BMW when it hit a woman in her 30s and two 10-year-old kids. This happened around 4:30 PM yesterday near Narborough Road and Upperton Road.
The woman and the kids were taken to the hospital, but thankfully, their injuries were minor. The kids were just checked out as a precaution.
According to the police, the chase started when the BMW didn’t stop for them. As the officer tried to catch up, the police car collided with the pedestrians.
Emergency services were quick to respond, and the area is currently closed off while they investigate. The BMW that caused the trouble sped away, and police are still looking for it.
