Newport: A body was found in the water while searching for a missing man. Frank Bayley, 69, had been missing for over a week. Gwent Police discovered the body on Corporation Road around 5:10 PM on February 3.
The Severn Area Rescue Association helped with the recovery. Family members have identified the body as Frank Bayley, according to reports.
Gwent Police confirmed the death is not suspicious. They stated that officers found the body during their search for Frank Bayley.
