Tenby: The Freemasons in Tenby are at it again, showing their support for the Paul Sartori Foundation. They just donated £1,000 to this local charity that provides free care for folks facing life-limiting illnesses.

This charity is all about helping people in their homes and supporting their families during tough times. It’s a real lifeline for many in the community.

The donation comes after a successful summer barbecue that raised over £2,000 for the charity. It was a great event, with more than 100 people showing up to enjoy some good food and company.

Lodge member Damian Brown opened up his Ridgeway Park Resort in Manorbier for the barbecue, which really brought the community together.

Sandra Dade, the fundraising manager for the Paul Sartori Foundation, expressed her gratitude, saying, “I would like to thank Tenby Lodge for this kind donation and your ongoing support.”

Steve Thurgood, the lodge’s charity steward, added that they’re thrilled to support such a fantastic charity that has helped many local people, including some of their own members.

In a nice moment, Tenby Lodge Master David Marshall presented the £1,000 cheque to Sandra Dade, with other lodge members there to celebrate the occasion.
