Nashville: So, guess what? The Titans just picked up linebacker David Long! They claimed him off waivers after the Lions let him go.
Long started with the Titans back in 2019 as a sixth-round pick. He played 50 games for them before heading to the Dolphins in 2023. After 25 games in Miami, he found himself with the Lions, but they waived him last week.
In his career, Long has racked up some solid stats: 388 tackles, a sack, four interceptions, and a few forced fumbles. Not too shabby, right?
To make room for him, the Titans put linebacker Kenneth Murray on injured reserve. Murray has been a standout this season with a team-high of 95 tackles.
