On December 4, he kicked open the bathroom door and dragged her off the toilet. It’s just awful. She was holding their screaming child when he started punching and headbutting her. What a nightmare!
She even called 999 for help, and you could hear the kids crying in the background. The court heard that their little boy got hurt that night, but Przygodski wasn’t charged for anything against him. Just crazy!

She ended up with cuts and bruises all over her face. When the police showed up, he admitted he was “out of order” but claimed he didn’t mean to hurt her. Really?
He pleaded guilty to assault and has a history of offenses, including robbery. His lawyer tried to say he had a tough childhood, but that doesn’t excuse what he did.
The judge, Tom Mitchell, was pretty clear about the situation. He said this was a prime example of domestic violence, calling it “Victorian domestic violence.” It’s just so sad to hear.
Przygodski got 16 months in jail, and the judge emphasized that this kind of violence is something judges see all the time. It’s a serious issue that needs to be addressed.
