Birmingham: So, three guys are in court today after a big police raid in Hockley. They’re facing some serious drug charges after cops busted a cannabis factory worth over a million pounds.

The raid went down on January 9, and the police found more than 1,300 cannabis plants. That’s a lot of green! The street value? About £1.3 million. Can you believe it?

The suspects, Kien Pham, Duc Viet Tran, and Nguyen Toan, are all charged with cultivating cannabis and stealing electricity. They were taken into custody and are now waiting to face the Birmingham Magistrates’ Court.

A spokesperson from West Midlands Police said they’re glad to have shut down this operation. It’s a big win for them in the fight against drug crime in the area.
