A three-car collision on the A50 in Stoke-on-Trent led to significant traffic delays this morning, with emergency services responding quickly.

Stoke-on-Trent: A three-car crash on the A50 caused some serious traffic jams today. It happened in Heron Cross just before 11am, and both police and paramedics rushed to help out.

The accident involved a silver Mercedes AMG, a grey Kia Picanto, and a grey Seat Ibiza. Traffic was backed up all the way to Meir, but thankfully, the road reopened around 2pm.

A spokesperson from Staffordshire Police said they got the call at 10:38am about the crash. Officers and paramedics arrived quickly, and luckily, no one was hurt. They arranged for the vehicles to be cleared away.

West Midlands Ambulance Service also confirmed that one man was checked out after the crash. An ambulance was sent, and when they got there, the man was assessed and didn’t need any further treatment. He just got some self-care advice before heading off.
