London: A professional love rat catcher, Madeline Smith, has shared some eye-opening insights about the jobs where cheaters are most common. She’s been at this for three years and has caught hundreds of unfaithful men along the way.
Madeline uses various methods, including social media, to catch these guys. When a man responds to her messages, she takes screenshots and sends them to the woman who hired her. It’s a pretty wild service, and it starts at just $65!
According to her findings, police officers are the most likely to cheat. This aligns with a survey from Illicit Encounters, which also found that police officers are the biggest offenders when it comes to infidelity.
Madeline has caught over 100 police officers in her work. She says they often look for opportunities and are only as loyal as their options. It’s a bit of a harsh reality, but it seems to be true.
Next on the list are personal trainers and gym-goers. Madeline has a knack for spotting profiles that scream “cheater.” If someone is constantly posting gym selfies, that’s a red flag for her.
She explains that when people post a lot of solo travel photos, it often means they’re hiding something. They might be with someone but don’t want anyone to know, which is another sign of potential cheating.
Following personal trainers, business and sales professionals are also high on the list. These folks travel a lot for work, which gives them plenty of chances to stray. Madeline believes they compartmentalize their lives too much, making it easier for them to cheat.
Lawyers also made the list, as they often adopt a “work hard, play hard” mentality. They can be tricky to catch because they take longer to respond to messages.
Interestingly, doctors are at the bottom of her list. Madeline thinks their long hours keep them too busy to cheat, although she has encountered a few who have strayed with their staff.
Illicit Encounters recently released its top cheating professions for 2024, revealing that a staggering 63% of police officers admitted to cheating in the past year. That’s a huge number compared to other professions!
In fact, general builders came in second at 42%, followed by salespeople and personal trainers. On the flip side, carpenters were the most loyal, with only 9% admitting to infidelity.
Jessica Leoni, a sex expert from the website, commented on the findings, noting that police officers seem to have a reputation for playing the field. She speculated that their shift work might give them more opportunities to cheat.
Madeline wrapped up her thoughts by discussing why so many men cheat, even when they seem happy in their relationships. She believes it often comes down to not having the right partner or being unhappy with themselves.
She emphasized the need for emotional awareness and patience in relationships. Many people, especially men, look for quick fixes instead of addressing their issues, which can lead to infidelity.
