Detroit: Welcome to The Playlist! This is my weekly chat about who to grab and who to start in fantasy basketball. It’s all about getting you ready for the week ahead.

Each week, I’ll share the best pickups and give you a quick rundown of the schedule. You’ll know who’s playing and who’s sitting out.

So, who should you be adding to your fantasy roster this week? Let’s dive in!

First up, Jaden Ivey had surgery on his broken fibula and will be out for a while. If you have him, it’s probably best to let him go. Jabari Smith is also out for 4-8 weeks with a hand fracture. Tough break!

On a brighter note, Anthony Edwards just dropped 53 points against the Pistons. And CJ McCollum had a fantastic week, scoring 50 points and ranking high in 9-cat leagues.

Now, let’s talk about some players you should consider picking up. Ausar Thompson from the Pistons is only 48% rostered. With Ivey out, his minutes are going to increase, and he’s been pretty solid this season.

Yves Missi from the Pelicans is another one to watch. He’s been blocking shots and adding assists, making him a great option for your team.

If you’re looking for a streaming option, Ryan Dunn from the Suns is a good pick. He’s only 2% rostered and will be starting soon, so he could bring in some nice stats.

Nikola Jović from the Heat is also worth a look. With Jimmy Butler suspended, he’s been stepping up and providing solid numbers.

Quentin Grimes from the Mavericks is stepping into a starting role, so keep an eye on him. He’s been putting up decent stats and could be a good addition.

Max Christie from the Lakers has been playing well since joining the starting lineup. He’s been efficient and could help your fantasy team.

Brice Sensabaugh from the Jazz had a fantastic weekend, scoring 34 and 27 points in back-to-back games. He’s definitely someone to consider adding.

Lastly, Scotty Pippen Jr. from the Grizzlies is still undervalued. With Ja Morant out, he’s been putting up solid numbers and should be on your radar.

Week 11 looks good for streaming, with no teams playing more than nine games. The Suns have five games, so target players from there.

Injury updates are crucial this week. Keep an eye on players like Jimmy Butler and Jabari Smith, as their absences open up opportunities for others.

That’s the scoop for this week! Make those pickups and good luck with your fantasy matchups!
