Car Catches Fire on Gwent Country Road, No Injuries Reported
A car burst into flames on a Gwent road, prompting emergency services to respond quickly, but thankfully, no injuries were reported.

Blaenavon: So, there was this wild scene on the main road between Blaenavon and Brynmawr. A car caught fire, and it was quite the sight!
Emergency services jumped into action, and luckily, no one got hurt. That’s the good news!
The South Wales Fire and Rescue Service got the call around 4:44 PM, and they had the flames under control by 5:18 PM. Quick work!
The fire happened on Garn Road, but the cause is still a mystery. The car that went up in flames was a Fiat.
Gwent Police were also on the scene, helping to manage traffic. Cars could still get by, but there were a few delays.
A witness named Debra Wheeler passed by and said, “the heat is immense.” You can imagine how intense that must have been!
