London: The Good Food Guide Awards were held on February 3. It took place at the Theatre Royal Drury Lane, right in the heart of London.

Hosted by Richard Bacon, the event celebrated the best in British dining. Among the winners, two London spots really stood out.

The Devonshire in Soho won for Best Value Set Menu. They serve three courses for just £29, making it a real steal.

This place is a classic London pub. They offer homemade food from their own butcher and bakery.

Downstairs, you’ll find a traditional pub vibe. Upstairs, there’s the Wood Elm Grill restaurant with a cozy dining area.

On the menu, you can enjoy dry-aged Scottish beef, langoustines from Oban, and fresh lobster and scallops from Devon.

One happy diner on Tripadvisor raved about their meal. They had a Prawn Cocktail, Skirt Steak and Chips, and Sticky Toffee Pudding.

The second winner was The Dover in Mayfair. It was awarded for being the Most Beautiful Restaurant.

Designed by Milan-based architects, it has a stunning Art Deco style. Think wood paneling, tablecloths, and a fun 70s disco vibe.

The Dover’s menu features Spicy Raw Tuna, Beef Steak Tartare, and Lobster Bisque Ravioli.

On TripAdvisor, it boasts a 4.5/5 rating. One guest said, “From the moment you walk in, you know you’re somewhere special.”

They praised the friendly service and delicious cocktails. The Dover sole and steak were big hits too!
