“We have women who travel hundreds of miles just to come and see us,” Katie shared. She emphasized how personal and intimate the fitting process is. Once customers trust you, they stick around for life.
The team celebrated their win at a fancy awards ceremony in London. Katie mentioned she had been a finalist many times but never won before. This victory was a big boost for her team after years of hard work.

“It’s great to see our hard work recognized, especially since we carry a huge stock and are in the shop long hours six days a week,” she added.
