Texas AG Stops Biden from Disposing of Wall Materials Before Trump
Texas AG Ken Paxton wins a court order to halt Biden’s disposal of border wall materials, aiding Trump’s border security plans

Austin: So, here’s the scoop. Attorney General Ken Paxton just scored a win for Trump’s border plans. He got a federal judge to step in after hearing about the Biden Administration auctioning off parts of the border wall for next to nothing.
The Biden team agreed in court to stop getting rid of any more wall materials for the next month. This gives Trump a chance to use those materials however he wants when he takes office. It’s now a court order, so they have to stick to it.
Plus, the court said Texas can get proof that the Biden Administration hasn’t broken any rules from a previous order. That order was about making sure funds meant for the wall were actually used for that purpose. If it turns out they sold off materials that were supposed to be protected, there could be some serious consequences.
Paxton was pretty pumped about the outcome. He said they’ve successfully blocked Biden from tossing out any more wall materials before Trump steps in. He’s determined to hold the Biden team accountable for their actions, especially if they’re trying to mess with Trump’s immigration plans.
