Glasgow: So, Tesco just sent out an email to its Clubcard holders. They’re closing stores tomorrow because of some serious weather warnings.

The email said they’re shutting down to keep everyone safe. They’ll be closed on Friday, January 24, but are open tonight as usual.

If you had a home delivery or Click and Collect scheduled for Friday, those are getting canceled. They’ll reach out to you with the next steps.

They’ll reopen once the red warning is lifted and it’s safe again. You can check their store locator for updates.

They apologized for the hassle and thanked everyone for understanding. The red weather warning is in effect from 10 am to 5 pm tomorrow.

By the way, the Hydro is also making changes. They’ve rescheduled a live show due to the storm. The Strictly Come Dancing performance will now be on Sunday, January 26.

And don’t forget, the Glasgow subway won’t be running for several hours tomorrow either. Stay safe out there!
