Quorn: So, get this. A guy in the Aussie outback just got hit with some serious charges after police found a stash of buried weapons on his property. Crazy, right?
This all kicked off when the cops were looking into a firearms theft that happened back in July. They were checking out a property near Quorn in South Australia’s Flinders Ranges.
With some help from police dogs, they dug up a bunch of rifles, ammo, and other firearm gear hidden under a wool bale and some logs. Talk about a wild discovery!
They even found 15 packs of ammo and various firearm attachments. It’s like a scene from a movie!
The 33-year-old man was arrested and slapped with a bunch of serious charges, including theft and possession of firearms without a license. He didn’t get bail and had to face the music at Port Augusta Magistrates Court.
It’s a pretty intense situation, and it’s got everyone talking around here. Just goes to show, you never know what’s buried in the outback!
