Newport: Gwent Police are on the lookout for a missing teenager named Joshua Hall. He was last spotted around 9:55 PM on Monday, January 13.
They’re really worried about him. Joshua is 16, about 5 feet 7 inches tall, and has a slim build. He has brown hair and was dressed in all black when he went missing.
He wore a black padded jacket, black tracksuit, black trainers, a black face covering, and a black cap. Joshua has connections to Bettws and Caldicot, so he might be around those areas.
