Noah Morgan, Taunton, England, Dance World Cup, Royal Ballet School, Les Misérables
Noah has been dancing since he was four. He trains at Merge Dance Company and Trull School of Dancing. Every weekend, he travels to Covent Garden in London to train with the Royal Ballet School.
His mom, Lucy Campbell-Morgan, is very proud of him. She says he works hard and dances almost every day. They ensure he takes a day off to rest.
Noah dreams of a career in performing. At just 11, he played Gavroche in the UK tour of Les Misérables. Now, he’s rehearsing for the role of Charlie in a local production of Charlie & the Chocolate Factory.
Lucy shared that Noah faced bullying in primary school. He experienced relentless teasing about dancing, which made him quit for a year. Thankfully, he returned to dance, and they are thrilled about it.
Lucy credits Seido Karate Southwest for helping Noah regain his confidence. His karate instructor, Senpai Rob, inspired him with his own dance story. He encouraged Noah to pursue his dreams despite the negativity.
To support Noah’s dance journey, a fundraising page has been set up at justgiving.com/crowdfunding/lucy-campbell-dwc. Lucy added that Noah is excited to represent his country.
