Exeter: So, there was quite a scene in Exeter recently. Emergency services rushed to a residential street after someone raised concerns about a woman’s welfare. It all went down on Lancelot Street, and it was pretty intense.

Police and ambulance crews showed up in full force. Apparently, the woman was making threats to harm herself and was believed to have a knife. Yikes! They had to set up a cordon while they tried to talk her down.

Luckily, around 9 PM, she came out of the property on her own and was unharmed. Health professionals were there to take care of her, which is a relief. One witness even mentioned seeing a ton of police presence, including riot vans and a bunch of police cars.

According to the police, they got the call around 5:40 PM about the situation. It’s good to know that everything ended without any further incidents. Just goes to show how seriously they take these welfare concerns.
