Wind speeds hit a staggering 114mph in Galway, marking a record for Ireland. Schools have closed, and travel warnings are in place as the storm continues to pose serious risks.
The Met Office has issued multiple warnings, including snow and ice alerts for Scotland and Northern Ireland. They expect more rain and wind over the weekend, which could lead to flooding.
