Six Defendants Appear in Stoke-on-Trent Crown Court for Various Charges
Several defendants faced serious charges in Stoke-on-Trent Crown Court. Trials are scheduled for various dates, with some defendants remaining in custody.

First up is Christopher Bowe from Meir. He’s 35 and has denied some serious charges, including threats to kill. His trial is set for May 19 and will last about three days. He’s currently in custody.
Next, we have Mihai Nemes, 43, from Birches Head. He’s facing charges for controlling behavior and assault. His trial is scheduled for March 30 next year, and he’s out on bail for now.
Then there’s Sonya Iqbal, 38, from Cobridge. She’s denied charges related to racially aggravated assault. Her trial is set for April 7, 2026, and she’s also out on bail.
Lee Bradbury, 39, from Stoke, has denied strangulation and assault charges. His trial will happen in April 2026, with a pre-trial review in June. He’s still out on bail.
Lastly, Daniel Boote, 37, from Wolstanton, is facing stalking charges. His trial is also set for April 2026, and he’s been granted bail too.
