Westerhope: You won’t believe what just happened at a local barber shop. CCTV footage has surfaced showing Dilovan Sindi, a 39-year-old guy, pouring petrol all over Amed’s Hair Design. This was no random act; it was a revenge attack after he got fired for allegedly stealing.
The video is wild. Sindi strolls in with a jerry can, and in broad daylight, he starts dousing the place with petrol. He even shouts at customers to get out. Talk about a scene!
After he finishes spreading the petrol, he pulls out a lighter. Thankfully, everyone managed to escape, but it was a close call. One brave guy even tried to wrestle the lighter away from Sindi, but things went south fast.
There was an explosion, and the fire spread quickly. One man got trapped, but luckily, the other made it out. Sindi, on the other hand, struggled to get up and eventually ran out of the shop.
Northumbria Police said it was a miracle no one died in this crazy incident. Sindi has now been sentenced to over seven years in prison for his actions. What a shocking turn of events for the community!
