Quebec: This weekend, winter is making a big comeback. Heavy snow is expected to blanket the area, and then temperatures are set to drop sharply.
Snow started falling on Friday and will keep going into Saturday. So, if you’re out and about, be ready for some tricky driving conditions.
Once the snow wraps up, a cold front will swoop in, sending temperatures plummeting by Sunday morning.
In fact, Montreal could see temperatures drop by 2°C every hour overnight. By Sunday morning, it might feel like -12°C, and that’s before factoring in the wind chill!
Most places will dip into the -20s overnight from Sunday to Monday. This could be Montreal’s first taste of -20°C this season, which hasn’t happened since late February.
So, if you’re in Quebec, keep an eye on the weather and stay warm!
