Dunblane: A former Tennent’s brewery worker, Jay Fraser, is making headlines for some shocking claims. He’s fighting for Russia and recently bragged about killing ten soldiers in Ukraine while sipping a beer. Can you believe that?
Fraser, just 24, sent a video to The Scottish Sun where he made these disturbing boasts. He’s been showing off on various propaganda channels, and it’s pretty unsettling. In the video, he raised a tankard and said, “Here’s to ten more,” which is just chilling.
He even went as far as to say that British troops are being taken out by him and his buddies. It’s hard to wrap your head around someone saying, “Keep sending your British Army lads over here. We’ll keep sending them back home in boxes.”
Scottish Liberal Democrat leader Alex Cole-Hamilton didn’t hold back, calling Fraser’s comments “stupid and deplorable.” He emphasized that anyone fighting for a regime known for its brutal actions should face serious consequences.
Fraser is reportedly with the Pyatnashka International Brigade and has even applied for Russian citizenship. He mentioned a potential contract with Wagner, which could land him in serious trouble back home.
Wagner has been labeled a terrorist organization in the UK, and anyone supporting it could face criminal charges. Police Scotland is looking into the situation, and the Foreign Office has warned that those traveling to fight for Russia could be prosecuted upon their return.
