Salisbury Council seeks food and drink vendors for pop-up events

Salisbury: The City Council is looking for food and drink vendors. They want caterers and bar operators for pop-up events. This opportunity runs from 2025 to 2027. It includes the special 800th anniversary celebration in 2027.

Vendors will set up near the historic Guildhall and Market Square. Events will include Fayre on the Square and Christmas on the Square. It’s a great chance to be part of these community gatherings.

The council wants offerings that cater to everyone. They’re looking for options for kids and various dietary needs, like vegetarian choices. They want to ensure accessibility for all residents and visitors.
