RTE Maura Derrane takes Today Show break as star jets off with family sharing adorable snaps

Galway: RTE star Maura Derrane is on holiday. She’s taking a break from the Today Show for St Brigid’s Weekend.

Maura, from the Aran Islands, is in Wiesbaden, Germany. She’s enjoying the local culture in this lovely spa town.

Her son Cal is with her, and they’re exploring the sights together. They’re also trying out the delicious local food.

Maura shared a fun video on social media. It shows her by the hot thermal springs. She captioned it, “Greetings from Wiesbaden, Germany, where the fountain waters are hot thermal springs. Cal was not as impressed as me!”

She also posted a picture of a huge schnitzel, calling it “Ein Monsterschnitzel!”

Last week, Maura appeared on the Today Show with her co-host Daithi O’Se. They had a great episode filled with fashion and lifestyle chat. Maura wore a stunning outfit that cost over €400.

If that’s too pricey, there’s a similar green velvet suit for just €80 at Reiss. Maura paired her suit with a simple olive green top and black velvet heeled boots.

Her makeup featured a bold smokey eye and peach lipstick. Fans loved her look, saying she always looks amazing.

Maura’s hair was styled in her signature tight curls, completing her fabulous appearance.
