Britain: Another storm is hitting, reminding us of our changing climate.

We need to tackle climate change together. Everyone must agree on actions.

This was the idea behind my Climate and Nature Bill.

The key word in the Bill is “and.” Government teams often work separately.

Nature helps fight climate change, while climate change harms nature.

We need more nature-based solutions, not just tech solutions like Lime Down Solar Farm.

I’m proud to have united MPs from all parties to restore our natural world.

MPs should prioritize people and the planet over party politics.

The goal was to pass the Climate and Nature Bill, but we faced challenges.

However, the Government has made commitments based on our discussions.

They promised to work with me to fulfill these commitments.

I will meet with the Minister for Nature to discuss these promises.

I’ll also propose ways to support farmers in the South Cotswolds.

Farmers are struggling, especially with trade deals that lower standards.

A report says the Government’s family farm tax harms farmers without benefits.

Tim Farron MP agrees, saying the tax is problematic and should be scrapped.

I’ll advocate for farmers and address the National Insurance jobs tax issues.

Tim and other MPs will help ensure the Government delivers on its promises.
