Robber threatened to stab woman in Birmingham shop during cigarettes and booze raid

The poor woman was behind the counter, chatting with a customer when Sinclair barged in. The customer bolted out of there, leaving her alone to deal with this guy. Sinclair was caught on CCTV, and he kept making threats, saying things like he’d stab her. Can you imagine how terrified she must have felt?

He ended up stuffing his pockets with cigarettes and grabbed some vodka before running off. What’s even crazier is that he had been in the shop earlier that day buying beer. The court heard he had a tough life, losing family members and turning to alcohol to cope.

In the end, he got two years and four months in prison. The judge said what he did was absolutely petrifying for the victim. It’s just a reminder of how quickly things can turn dangerous.
