The cars in question are the Kona N and i30 Sedan N models, made between 2020 and 2023. The issue is with the fuel control valve, which can cause some serious trouble.
According to the Department of Infrastructure, if the engine stalls while you’re driving, it could lead to a sudden loss of power. That’s definitely not something you want to happen on the road.
One of the affected models is the 2023 Hyundai Kona N-Line. The agency that handles vehicle recalls is on top of this, making sure everyone knows about it.
They warned that losing power while driving can increase the risk of accidents, which could be really dangerous for everyone involved.
