Baltimore: So, Zay Flowers, the Ravens’ wide receiver, is out for the wild-card game against the Steelers. He hurt his knee during the last game against the Browns.

Coach John Harbaugh mentioned that they’re looking forward to moving on with the rest of the team. He’s optimistic about the players they still have available.

During that game, Zay went down hard after making a catch. He was clearly in pain and had to be helped off the field. It didn’t look good at all.

Initially, the team thought he might come back, but they later confirmed he wouldn’t be playing. Harbaugh did say the injury isn’t season-ending, so that’s a bit of good news.

In his second NFL season, Flowers had a solid year with over 1,000 receiving yards and four touchdowns, even making it to the Pro Bowl for the first time.

Offensive coordinator Todd Monken expressed how important Flowers has been for the team. He’s hopeful Zay can play, but if not, they have other talented players ready to step up.

If the Ravens manage to beat the Steelers, they’ll be back in action for the divisional round on January 18 or 19. Fingers crossed for a win!
