Baltimore: The Ravens and Steelers have had their share of nail-biters, but this Wild Card game is anything but close. The Ravens are really taking charge.
Lamar Jackson is on fire, tossing two touchdowns, while Derrick Henry has added another on the ground. Meanwhile, the Steelers are struggling, racking up just 59 yards in the first half.
It all started when the Ravens marched 95 yards for a touchdown on their opening drive. They followed that up with a long, 13-play drive that was all about the run game, leaving the Steelers’ defense in the dust. Just before halftime, the Ravens looked like they might play it safe, but Jackson came out swinging, completing six straight passes to push the lead to 21-0.
Jackson’s stats are impressive: 13 completions on 15 attempts for 144 yards, plus 64 rushing yards on 11 carries. And let’s not forget Henry, who’s making a splash in his playoff debut with 100 rushing yards. The Steelers’ defense is in trouble, especially after losing Cam Heyward to injury.
On the flip side, the Steelers’ offense has been pretty quiet. If things don’t change in the second half, they could be looking at their fifth straight loss. It’s a tough spot for them, and fans are left wondering what adjustments will be made.
