Baltimore: The Steelers are hinting at using both of their quarterbacks in the game against the Ravens. Justin Fields mentioned that this could make the Ravens prepare for a lot of different scenarios.
Ravens defensive coordinator Zach Orr is on top of it. He said they’re working on their game plan this week, keeping both Fields and Russell Wilson in mind. Orr sees them as “two starting-caliber quarterbacks” and noted that Fields made some key plays that hurt the Ravens in their last matchup.
Fields had a couple of important runs that helped the Ravens secure an 18-16 win. Orr pointed out that while they need to respect Fields’s running ability, they don’t need to completely overhaul their strategy for the two quarterbacks.
“The game plan really doesn’t change much for either one,” Orr said. He believes that if they play disciplined football, they’ll be in a good position to win.
The Steelers have been struggling lately, losing four straight games, including their last one against the Ravens. With their season on the line, they’ll likely pull out all the stops. Orr’s job is to ensure the Ravens are ready for whatever comes their way.
