Green Bay: So, it looks like Quay Walker is still out of practice. Coach Matt LaFleur mentioned they’re giving him the whole week to see if he can shake off that ankle injury. But honestly, it doesn’t seem like things are getting better for him or the team.
Walker missed practice again on Friday, making it two days in a row. The Packers have another practice on Saturday, and they’ll have to decide on injury designations before their game against the Saints on Monday night.
Oh, and it’s not just Walker. Safety Javon Bullard is also nursing an ankle injury and has missed both practice days. It’s a bit concerning for the team.
On the bright side, cornerback Corey Ballentine and tight end Luke Musgrave were limited in practice. But Musgrave will need to be activated from injured reserve if he wants to play. Fingers crossed for the team!
