Crime

Dublin, Ireland, Keith Macken, Tallaght Hospital, Wheatfield Prison

Dublin: So, there was this prisoner, Keith Macken, who managed to escape while he was at Tallaght Hospital for some medical treatment. He was feeling pretty unwell at Wheatfield Prison and got taken to the hospital. But then, early on Saturday morning, he just slipped away from custody.

As soon as he was reported missing, the police jumped into action and started a manhunt. They were on it right away, trying to track him down. The Irish Prison Service even put out a statement confirming the escape and said they were looking into how it all happened.

Fast forward to Monday, and guess what? They found him! The police re-arrested Macken, and he’s back in custody now. The prison service is still digging into the details of how he managed to escape in the first place.

It’s a wild story, but thankfully, everything seems to be back to normal now. Just another day in Dublin, I guess!
