Greybear, a beloved homeware shop in York, has officially closed its doors.

York: A popular homeware and furniture shop has closed. Greybear, located on Bridge Street, has shut down. A notice in the window announced the news.
The notice said, “I’ve been putting off announcing it, but here it goes. With a heavy heart, I am closing the doors to Greybear.”
The owner shared it was a tough decision. They mentioned a second baby on the way made it hard to manage the shop. They thanked customers and staff for their support over the years.
