They’ve put out a call on social media, urging anyone who might have seen him to come forward. Ryan is described as slim, with dark hair and dark eyes. He might be in areas beyond Cheshunt.
It’s also noted that he has ties to places like Essex, Little Downham, and Waltham Abbey. So, if you’re in those areas, keep an eye out!
