Gwent Police is really trying to track him down. They even shared a post from Gloucestershire Constabulary asking for help. They first put out the word on November 26, but now they’re back at it, hoping someone will spot him.
Campbell is described as black, about 6 feet tall, and slim. He has an afro and some tattoos, including a bird on his left arm. If you see him, the police say don’t approach him—just call 999.
