West London: So, here’s the scoop. An Albanian guy named Glen Goleci got himself into some serious trouble. The police nabbed him after they found eight kilos of cocaine and a hefty stash of cash.

Last Tuesday, the cops were on the lookout and spotted Goleci on Brentford High Street. They searched his car and found two kilos of coke and about £50,000 in cash hidden away. But that’s not all—they also checked out a flat in Brentford and discovered another six kilos of the stuff along with £150,000 in cash. Crazy, right?

Now, Goleci is facing some serious charges for drug offenses and possession of criminal property. He had his day in court on January 9 and is stuck in custody until his next court date on February 6.

Andrew Tickner from the National Crime Agency said this bust is a big deal. It’s going to make it tough for the crime group behind this operation to keep their illegal business running. The NCA and the Metropolitan Police are teaming up to tackle drug trafficking and keep London communities safe.
