Now, Gwent Police is on the lookout for him. They say he’s about 5ft7″, has a small build, dark hair, and green eyes. He’s 22 years old and has ties to places like Brynmawr and Ebbw Vale.
HMP Prescoed is an open prison focused on helping inmates get back on their feet. It has a bunch of facilities like a farm and a gym, and it can hold around 230 guys.
