Stoke-on-Trent: So, here’s the scoop. A car was stolen at knifepoint, and it got pretty intense. Three police forces teamed up, even bringing in a helicopter to track down the suspects.
This all went down late Monday night. A guy in his 20s was just chilling in his Skoda Octavia when a group approached him, brandishing a knife. Yikes! He took off, and they drove away with his car.
Not long after, the stolen Skoda was spotted on the M6. The police were quick to act, linking up with Cheshire Police and a dog handler from Merseyside. They even had footage from the helicopter showing the chase.
Eventually, they caught the three suspects hiding in some woods. A 17-year-old boy, a 21-year-old man, and a 20-year-old woman were all arrested. They’re facing some serious charges, including robbery and dangerous driving.
Right now, they’re out on conditional bail while the investigation continues. If anyone saw anything or has dashcam footage, the police want to hear from you!
