Shocking Fort Collins Shooting: Two Juveniles Arrested After October Vehicle Break-In
Two juveniles were arrested in Fort Collins after a woman was shot while confronting them during a vehicle break-in last month

The police got a call about the shooting around 1:20 a.m. on October 21. The woman was woken up by a family member who spotted the two trying to get into her vehicle parked outside.
When she stepped outside to confront them, one of the juveniles fired several shots, hitting her in the leg. Thankfully, she was taken to the hospital and released later that day.
The police have arrested both juveniles, but they’re keeping their names under wraps since they’re minors. One of them is facing some serious charges, including attempted murder and first-degree assault.
The other juvenile is in trouble too, facing charges like aggravated robbery with a gun and possession of a handgun as a minor. Both cases are now in the juvenile court system.
