Newport: South Wales Police are on the lookout for a 16-year-old boy named William who has gone missing. This isn’t the first time he’s been reported missing, which makes the situation even more concerning.
They last heard he might be in the Neath area, so they put out an appeal on Boxing Day. To help people recognize him, they shared a CCTV photo showing what he was wearing when he was last seen.
